2A:34-12.7. Confidentiality of communications

7. All communications made by any program participant during the course of attending the “Parents’ Education Program,” established pursuant to section 3 of Phamplet Law 1999, Chapter 111(C. 2A:34-12.3) are confidential and shall not be admissible as evidence in any court proceeding.
