Being from a Business family, I always knew that an Advocate has a special place of importance in the Business Industry. In the initial years of college, while I was pursuing my Bachelor’s in Commerce Degree, I realized that Law is the backbone of every successful Business & Businessman. While pursuing my degree, I worked with a Chartered Accountant which enlightened me with a thorough understanding of the Accounting, Financial & Legal Aspects of Business.

I soon enrolled in the Company Secretary Course. Being a Professional Course, I learned about the operation and functioning of a Company and the value which law holds in the Corporate World. Later I pursued my Legal Degree from NLC, Mumbai. I started my career by working in a Stock Exchange Company in Mumbai but found my passion in Legal Practice which always attracted me.

Being a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary and originally brought-up by a Business Family, my major fields of Expertise include Corporate Affairs & Due Diligence, Company Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Recovery of Debts, Financial Disputes & Merger-Demergers.
