Lola Ogbuagu, Esq.
Why I chose to study law?
I am honored to join the PSC Law firm. My journey has been a rewarding one and all the more special for me as an immigrant from Nigeria who came to America with little means and big dreams.
I was born into a family that gave me an idealist perspective of life, my parents are from different cultures and different religions in Nigeria, yet built their home on mutual respect, love, tolerance and acceptance. I believed this was the way of the world and this was all that mattered in life until I came into adulthood and saw that the larger society was not as perfect as the mini bubble I was living in and this stirred up so many questions and emotions in me, but strongest of all the emotions was the desire to contribute my own quota to make the world a better place. (My personal story I would share one on one when you come in for consultation! )
The first step to contributing my quota was choosing to have a positive outlook on life and maintain my positivity in spite of whatever the present situation of things was. This keeps me centered especially during client engagement and interaction on certain complex cases.
The next step was empowering myself to be in a position where I could make a more significant impact by becoming an advocate of law to help, most especially, vulnerable members of society and those seeking clarity when things are in a state of flux.
I found a home at PSC Law. The attorneys at PSC Law are an amazing combination of strengths and positive energy the vibe is just right! It is the perfect opportunity to make a positive change in the lives of people and feel good while doing it!
