What does it cost to Hire A NJ Real Estate Lawyer?

As New Jersey Real Estate Lawyers we currently charge $500 for attorney review and $1000 at closing.  

If you are price shopping for a real estate lawyer, make sure to get a sample hud to see what the closing costs are. As an example, download this sample HUD-1 Closing Statement.  In this deal we charged a total of $1,500 – $750 for attorney review and $750 at closing, while the counsel for the other side charged $3,300 plus their down payment they charged the seller.
