17:51A-8. Rules, regulations

8. The commissioner may, pursuant to the provisions of the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L.1968, C. 410 (52:14B-1. Short title et seq.), promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
