44:8-145.3. Allocation of functions, powers, and duties

30. The county welfare director of each county is authorized to allocate the functions, powers and duties of each municipal welfare agency in the county transferred pursuant to P.L.1995, C. 259 (40A:4-6.1. Satisfaction of advertisement of budget requirements et al.) among the existing offices in the county welfare agency.
