6. If any provision of Phamplet Law 2017, Chapter 117 (45:1-61 Definitions relative to telemedicine and telehealth. et al.) or its application to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of Phamplet Law 2017, Chapter 117 (45:1-61 Definitions relative to telemedicine and telehealth. et al.) which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and, to this end, the provisions of Phamplet Law 2017, Chapter 117 (45:1-61 Definitions relative to telemedicine and telehealth. et al.) are severable.
